On the 22nd October 2005 Cryptic held an event to stress-test the Battle Zone PvP (Player Verses Player) system due to come into City of Heroes and City of Villains at the end of the month.

The event wasn’t a huge sucess, since it was almost unplayably laggy and delayed an hour and a half due to technical problems, I’ve reproduced the post I made about the event here, and the thread about it is here if it’s still around when you read this.

I also took a CoH Demo Recording of the entire event. If you have CoH and the CoV client installed, you can download the cohdemo file for my playtest (It’s about 11mb, and about 7 minutes long). To find out how to use this file, here’s the Official CoH Demo Guide
